Our legal department employs the services of an English speaking lawyer. Besides legal consultation and advise, we offer company registrations, litigation, court representation, both on civil and criminal cases, and any other legal service you may require. Our fees are very realistic and in line with the Bulgarian cost of living.

Since 1 January 2012, it is not required to create a Bulgarian company to acquire a property with land. If you want to create a company in Bulgaria, the creation of your company will cost 250 EUR in administrative and different expenses (inscription, fees of lawyer, taxes, etc.) and requires the deposit of a sum (the capital) of 2 BGN (approximately 1 Euro) on a bank account in the name of this company.
