The hotel is located in the very center of Sveti Vlas town, 3 kilometers away from the Sunny Beach resort and 5 kilometers away from the vacation town of Elenite.

It is a three-star hotel (with a possibility to become a 4 star hotel, without changing the interior or the exterior).

The hotel is luxuriously furnished with massive Tryavnyan furniture. The hotel has a restaurant with 50 seats inside and 50 seats outside the premise, fully furnished and is decorated with internal water-mirror, the kitchen is fully equipped with all required appliances, there is a swimming pool with dimensions 12/6/2 meters, fibre-ceramics tiling and 4 underwater floodlights, there are shower cabins with sun collectors, a billiard pool, fitness gym with changing rooms with area coverage of 80 square meters in total, it has the possibility to be transformed in to SPA center.

In front of the hotel there is a car park for 10 vehicles.

The hotel has a local central heating with diesel fuel. The heating system uses an Italian steam generator with power up to 130 kW, suited for all year round working cycle. There are 10 sun collectors installed with 3 boilers with a capacity of 500 litres each.

Each room has a separate terrace with sea panorama, and the rooms are equipped with air-conditioners, radiators, mini-bars, digital television and telephone. The hotel has a wine cellar with exquisite wines in storage.

The hotel has an inner granite, granitogres, and Spanish and Italian terracotta tile revetments. All doors inside the hotel are made from massive wood, and the window joinery is from three-sectioned PVC.

The built-up area is 1600 square meters, the ground floor built-up area is 330 square meters, and the yard space is 1100 square meters.
