Plot 30,000 sq m, which is 10 km from Varna center, five kilometers from the beach (Borovets), 2 km from Gas station, electricity, water, 1 km from the asphalt road and regulation.
The urban plan of the city is to develop the south, exactly where the plot. 2 km there is a new gas station, is therefore very convenient for gasification.
5 km start the first quarter of Varna -Asparuhovo (a beach) and to the east is 4 km Galata and beaches of Chernomorets and Pasha Dere.
Still not regulated, but settlement will be suitable site for the shopping center, golf course and sports complex.
Galata is the smallest quarter of Varna with population numbering to 2030 people (according to census of 2005).
It is located in the highest part of the city over the cape with the same name. At its foot is the natural outcome of the Varna bay. Beacuse of the weather around the cape ships often stay on roads before entering the port.
Galata is among the elite neighborhoods of Varna, although is distant from the city center. It is part of Asparuhovo area of Varna Municipality.
The access to it is through Asparuhov Bridge and panoramic road around the Varna bay. The district uses the whole infrastructure of the city and has great views and mild climate.
Around Galata are located clean, virgin stony beaches – Pasha dere, Fichoza and suitable for camping – tourism and small hotels and bungalows. Nearby is the southern resort area of Varna, Borovets.
Most of the residential buildings in the area are 1-2 storey houses. During the past few years many multi-storey residential buildings, complexes and hotel have been constructed.
In the area there are: Vasil Levski Primary School, Nayden Gerov Secondary School, a stadium, an orthodox church, a polyclinic, a post office, hotels, petrol stations, pharmacies, parkings, many green areas and shops.
Nearby is Asparuhovo quarter, Fichosa beach, Pasha Dere beach etc.
Bus lines numbers 17, 17a and 60 are serving the area.
